🔄 Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Conditions:

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • Items must include all tags, manuals, accessories, or free gifts.

    • Returns are not accepted for perishable goods, hygiene products, or items marked as non-returnable.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images (if applicable).

  3. Our team will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you through self-shipping.

  4. Once received and verified, we’ll process your refund or replacement.


💸 Refund Policy

  • Refund Mode: Refunds are processed to your original payment method (bank, wallet, UPI, etc.).

  • Timeframe: Refunds are usually issued within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed to your bank account after confirmation.


🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective items.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Subject to product availability.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please opt for return after delivery.
