Return & Refund Policy

At Oriyamart, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering high-quality Vegetable Seeds and Flower Seeds. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of seeds and agricultural products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product is incorrect or different from what was ordered

To be eligible for a return request, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.

Refunds

Once your return request is received and verified, we will process the refund:

  • Refunds will be issued only for approved cases

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used seed packets

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Delays caused by courier services or natural conditions

  • Variation in germination due to soil, climate, or farming practices

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
